Margaret Solomon is a Professor of Teacher Training and Education Administration at La Sierra University. Solomon has worked extensively in the areas of teacher education and educational leadership as a teacher, professional developer and school administrator. She has worked as a Professor of Education for the past seven years and helped to train hundreds of teachers and administrators in California public schools. She has published research articles on teacher reflection, educational policy and teaching English Language Learners. Her professional interest is in improving the learning achievements of children from poor and marginalized communities including women from such environment in India. Her goal is to develop learning communities of teacher educators who will focus on training teachers with instructional strategies for improving their instruction for all learners.
